Holistic Health for the Whole Family
Direct Primary Care
24/7 access to care for your whole family. Initial in-depth consultation for each member, then a customized plan according to your health needs. Additional appointments by phone, email, or in-person available through DPC membership. Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a subscription based healthcare model for primary care. DPC does not accept insurance, so there is no filing on the part of the physicians. If patients do have traditional insurance, that is typically still honored where applicable (i.e. imaging, referrals, certain prescriptions/labs, etc). Long Haul Health (LHH) blends the traditional DPC model with fee for service options. While some DPC offices set up contracts, there is no contractual obligation required with LHH.
Female Health
Plan will cover Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and weight management along with limited GYN services/procedures + labs.
Weight Loss
Individualized sustainable weight loss plan with less long-term side effects. Weight loss coaching provided allows patients to be on the smallest amount of medication possible and maintain benefits long-term. Includes accountability and lifestyle coaching.
Integrative & Natural Fertility
Plan will cover Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), ovarian reserve bloodwork and administration of clomid or letrozole for the female if needed. Includes progesterone monitoring and collaborating with a mid-wife if the patient chooses this route. Will cover up to 1 year post-partum care for mother. Includes lifestyle coaching to achieve fertility.

Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) for males and females. Not servicing gender transitioning of any kind.
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)/Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) Clinic
This is the first clinic of its kind in the U.S. Plan will cover Direct Primary Care (DPC) to include Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), weight loss, limited GYN and fertility monitoring + labs.
Additional Services
GSH (glutathione) & B12 injections. Additional services including herbology, nutracuticals, essential oils, and Eastern medicine. Available based on patient needs and requests.
