Dianne White, NPC
Nurse Practitioner
Dianne White is a Nurse Practitioner committed to health and wellness focusing on integrative and holistic solutions in an effort to give her patients as many choices in their health journey as possible. In addition to providing a full range of childhood through adult primary care, Dianne has extensive experience in bio-identical hormone treatment, fertility, weight loss, nutritional IV therapy and injections, food sensitivity, microbiome gut testing, and the use of nutraceuticals in long-term health management.
PCOS, now referred to as PMOS, is the leading cause of infertility in the United States. Dianne opened the first ever PCOS Fertility Clinic in the US in December of 2024 in an effort to further help those who desire a family. As someone who was diagnosed with endometriosis and PCOS and told she would never have children, the struggle of fertility is a personal one. She has 5 beautiful children this side of heaven and 5 more waiting for her on the other side of this life. Dianne has helped more than 50 children, and counting, enter this world to women who were told they would never be mothers biologically.

A little about Dianne…
Dianne is extremely competitive.
She greatly enjoys dancing and working out!
She married her high school sweetheart and best friend when she was only 19 years old. They have been married for 25+ years!
One of her favorite snacks is air-popped popcorn with olive oil and salt; she prefers salt to sweet.
Her and her family spend most weekends pulling a horse trailer behind a school bus rodeoing. They live out of the school bus when they are traveling.
She homeschools her 5 children.
Dianne’s Journey into Medicine
After graduating college and beginning a career in pharmaceutical advertising and high level corporate management, her husband had a freak injury. After visiting several medical professionals, it appeared evident that surgery was looming. In an effort to avoid knee replacement surgery for her husband at such a young age, Dianne would go straight from her office to the library and study until closing in hopes of finding an alternative treatment. After changing diet and incorporating various supplements and herbs, her husband made a full recovery in 6 months and remains surgery free!
This journey and knowing the trust the public puts in their healthcare provider prompted Dianne to make a full 180 degree switch in her professional life. She pursued a medical degree in an effort to provide more options for patients and more natural alternatives because they do exist! To this day, Dianne continues the search for more options for her patients and continues to be transparent in working with her patients to find the best and most helpful solutions to meet them where they are.
Personal Story
Dianne is a native of Chicago, IL but mainly grew up in Wyoming, Nevada, and Tennessee. She spent some of her time out west living on Pismo Beach on the California coast. As a child and teen, Dianne played a lot of sports, focusing on soccer. She also coached soccer for 3 years while completing her undergraduate degree.
At the age of 19 she married her high school sweetheart whom she calls her best friend 25+ years later. Dianne and her husband worked full-time while attending Liberty University full time until they both completed their undergraduate degrees. From that point, their pursuit of additional education took them to North Carolina and Illinois before they settled back in Virginia. Dianne had her first child as she entered her Nurse Practitioner degree with Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Throughout her young adult years, Dianne taught various fitness classes including Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, and weight training among others.
After 12 years of marriage, they began their family and today have 4 amazing boys and one beautiful girl. Her children are involved in music, ministry and rodeo. Her husband owns Long Haul Farm Construction & Carpentry and is a farrier (horse shoeing) as well. They enjoy spending time together and often do all of their activities as a family, supporting each other.

Carrie Meade, CCMA
CCMA & Office Manager
Carrie is the youngest of five, a proud dog mom to two pit bulls, and someone who truly values family and the simple things in life. One of her favorite ways to spend her time is sitting on the porch with her family, joking and enjoying their company.
Professionally, she takes pride in being someone her coworkers and employer can rely on. Being dependable, hardworking, and willing to help wherever she is needed is important to her.
When Carrie is not working, you can usually find her attempting some kind of DIY home improvement project or trying, once again, to convince flowers to grow despite the fact she claims she is not blessed with a green thumb.
Carrie believes life is best with family close by, dogs underfoot, a project to work on and plenty of laughter.
